## About the Role

* BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or related experience
 * Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, Mechanical, Ordnance, and Environmental.
 * Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.
 * US Citizenship required, ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

 * Experience Leading a Team through Testing
 * Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365.
 * Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.
 * Experience in communicating and briefing program management.
 * Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor
 * Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment
 * Must have an Active Secret security clearance
