Proven ability to support multiple agile delivery teams through automation, operational resilience, security integration, and modern software delivery practices. This role will be a mix of hands on support and team leadership of a small team.

Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise container platforms within highly regulated financial services environments. Skilled in container onboarding, CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code, DevSecRegOps, cloud-native application enablement, and platform engineering using OpenShift and Kubernetes. Proven ability to support multiple agile delivery teams through automation, operational resilience, security integration, and modern software delivery practices. qualifications:

 - 10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

 - 3+ years supporting Containers / OpenShift / Equivalent solutions in enterprise environments.

 - Experience in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries.

 - Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Java/Spring Boot applications.

 - Familiarity with enterprise security controls, compliance processes, and audit requirements.
