## About the Role

Experience: 0-2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration.

## Description

We are looking for a
IT Engineer
based in
Mexico
to lead our internal technical operations and ensure our team functions without friction.
You will be the first point of contact for all things tech- from onboarding new hires to managing access and maintaining our office infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Technical Support (Tier 1): Resolve hardware (macOS/Windows) and software incidents via our ticketing system.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure every new hire in the region has their equipment configured and access ready from the very first minute of Day 1.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage user lifecycles and permission changes across our corporate tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
Device Management (MDM): Enroll and oversee our fleet of laptops using MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, or similar) to ensure 100% compliance with security policies.
Office Infrastructure: Maintain local connectivity (WiFi/Networking), video conferencing systems (Zoom/Google Meet), and hardware inventory at our Spain office.
