* HBO diploma in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische opleiding
 * Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring met reliability engineering of onderhoudsoptimalisatie
 * Praktische ervaring met FMEA en root cause analysis (RCA)
 * Kennis van preventief en predictief onderhoud en onderhoudsstrategieën
 * Ervaring met spare parts management en voorraadoptimalisatie
 * Analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met het vertalen van data naar verbeteracties
 * Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

## Description

* Als Reliability Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van machines en het verbeteren van de beschikbaarheid van productie-installaties
 * Je bepaalt en implementeert onderhoudsstrategieën om storingen en stilstand te minimaliseren;
 * Als Reliability Engineer stuur je verbetertrajecten aan en engineer je onderhoudsvriendelijke oplossingen tijdens ontwerp- en inrichtingsfases;
 * Je voert FMEA en root cause analyses (RCA) uit en vertaalt uitkomsten naar concrete verbeter- en herstelmaatregelen;
 * Je richt preventief en predictief onderhoud in en optimaliseert spare parts beheer en voorraadniveaus samen met het onderhoudsteam;
 * Je ondersteunt technici bij technische vraagstukken, implementeert oplossingen en monitoren de uitvoering en behaalde resultaten;
 * Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt richting leveranciers en ondersteunt bij specificaties en kwaliteitscontroles
