Collaboration and Mindset: * Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills. * Be proactive and implement improvements and be able to work in a fast paced environment. * A team player who can also work independently and with the ability to communicate well across cultures and backgrounds. * You are flexible and know how to tackle a fast-growing and changing company like Robin; * Good organizational and time management skills. * Good communication skills in English, and it would be great if you speak Dutch as well. * Live in The Netherlands, within commuting distance from The Hague.
