## About the Role

The tech stack includes Golang, React/TypeScript, Python, various ML models, MySQL, F#, Docker images deployed on a Kubernetes cluster in our cloud infrastructure (GCS, AWS, or Azure), and GitHub CI/CD. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role, with a clear backend focus. Genuine fullstack capability: comfortable working in a modern React/TypeScript codebase, even if backend is where you do your deepest work. Experience with functional programming concepts or languages. Passionate about software craftsmanship: strong understanding of core engineering principles including type
systems, composition, testing, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture. Entrepreneurial mindset: link your daily work to team and company goals, balance cost and benefit, deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Background in a platform, infrastructure, or developer experience team. German language skills. We value engineers who think deeply about systems, care about correctness, and take pride in building a platform that is understandable, maintainable, and reliable. This role is available on-site in Zurich, London, Barcelona or remotely within Europe.
