## Description

Dein 3,5-jähriges duales Studium absolvierst Du im Wechsel zwischen der Hochschule Darmstadt im Kooperativen Studiengang Informatik (KoSI) und unserem Campus in Wiesbaden. Studium und Praxis finden dabei in festen Theorie- und Praxisblöcken statt, sodass Du Dein Wissen direkt anwenden kannst.
In der vielfältigen IT-Welt der R+V hast Du von Beginn an Dein festes Team und einen klaren fachlichen Schwerpunkt. Dort entwickelst Du gezielt Deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten für Deinen weiteren Karriereweg - beispielsweise in der Anwendungsentwicklung, im DevSecOps-Umfeld oder im Platform Engineering.
Du arbeitest von Anfang an in agilen IT-Projekten mit und lernst dadurch moderne Methoden sowie Arbeitsweisen kennen und übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung.
Ein persönlicher Pate oder eine persönliche Patin aus einem vorherigen Jahrgang begleitet Dich von Anfang an und unterstützt Dich bei Fragen rund um Dein duales Studium und den Arbeitsalltag.
