Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in einschlägigen Conversational-AI-Plattformen wie beispielweise Cognigy, Parloa, Google, Kore.ai oder Amazon Lex.
 * Analytisches Prozessdenken: Du kannst chaotische Business-Anforderungen in strukturierte Flussdiagramme und klare Wenn-Dann-Logiken übersetzen, die die Basis für jeden funktionierenden Bot bilden.
 * Technisches Grundverständnis: Du hast keine Angst vor dem "Blick unter die Motorhaube". Du verstehst das Konzept von APIs (REST), kannst JSON lesen und weißt grob, wie Daten zwischen Frontend und Backend fließen.
 * Consulting-Drive: Du bist proaktiv, dienstleistungsorientiert, kommunizierst zielgruppengerecht und hast den Anspruch, nicht nur eine Software zu konfigurieren, sondern eine wertstiftende Lösung für den Kunden zu erschaffen.
