Reporting to the Director, Workforce Planning Operations, this contract role will provide workforce reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning. The position is an HR operations functional role and will collaborate with HRIS and other HR functional teams when system expertise, configuration support, or issue resolution is required. The analyst will assess reporting needs, translate them into reliable reports and dashboards, validate data, reconcile information across HR processes, and document report definitions and controls.
