* Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially experience in providing classroom training

## Description

The Tesla Data Center Manufacturing team in Brookshire is looking for a motivated and energetic Training Supervisor dedicated to leading a team of training coordinators that will instruct new hire and tenured employee training for cross-functional teams. This individual will work with stakeholders and developers to create world class training, helping in accelerating the world's tansition to renewable energy. This role will oversee the Training Coordinator team that directly supports training on different lines in the factory. This candidate must be highly driven, organized and have a passion for developing people. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate. What You'll Do

 * Manage the training staff to ensure professional onboarding and training and manage day-to-day activities associated with new hire training and onboarding teams
 * Work as a liaison between our stakeholders and our development team to create interactive instructor led and online training for our employee population
 * Work closely with leadership to understand needs and challenges, ensuring world class training for production, maintenance, engineering, and any other role during onboarding consistent with KPI's
 * Collaborate with recruiting daily to understand the priorities for each shop
 * Create and maintain standard work for each operation pre, during, post training
 * Develop and facilitate training and development, learning initiatives, and training recommendations for specific disciplines. Has in-depth knowledge of Tesla systems such as MOS (Manufacturing Operating System), FLUX, Versatility chart, station controller transactions in accordance with operation policies to train instructors to keep up with updates and procedures
 * Promotes, tracks, and reports on continuous improvements of all training programs
