They want us to find quality candidates and then they will help decipher what level/position they are best placed in. The C#/.NET Core Developer will support a business application team responsible for enterprise systems used by Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance organizations. This individual will help develop, enhance, and modernize applications that support employee management, compliance processes, policy administration, reporting, and other critical business functions. This role requires a hands-on developer who can work directly with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and independently drive development efforts across a portfolio of applications. * Design, develop, and support C#/.NET applications and APIs supporting HR, Legal, and Compliance functions * Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions * Modernize legacy applications through upgrades, enhancements, and code refactoring * Build and support integrations between enterprise business systems * Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new technologies and modernization strategies * Create technical documentation, solution recommendations, and application assessments * Ensure applications meet security, governance, audit, and compliance requirements * Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions * Own projects from analysis and design through development, testing, and deployment Collaborate with application teams to drive continuous improvement and modernization efforts
