## Description

Master Data Strategy & Governance:

 * Define and maintain enterprise master data policies, standards, roles, and governance processes across core business domains.
 * Establish master data creation, maintenance, approval, and stewardship practices to ensure control and accountability.

Data Quality & Operations:

 * Monitor master data quality, resolve issues, and drive corrective actions with data owners and functional teams.
 * Manage master data definitions, hierarchies, and attributes to maintain consistency across systems.

Process & System Integration:

 * Partner with IT and business teams to align master data processes with enterprise systems and identify automation or improvement opportunities.
 * Provide subject matter expertise on master data impacts for process changes, system updates, and new initiatives.

Data Quality & Compliance:

 * Establish quality rules, metrics, and controls to support compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
 * Promote master data best practices through training, guidance, and governance awareness.

Stakeholder Management:

 * Act as the primary subject matter expert for master data governance, partnering with data owners, stewards, and business leaders to drive alignment and adoption.
