## About the Role

* Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent experience within an engineering-related discipline
 * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and solve technical challenges
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; Project and Minitab experience would be advantageous
 * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required

## Description

* Support the delivery of new product introduction programs across multiple automotive projects
 * Investigate and resolve technical, dimensional, and fitment issues using structured problem-solving techniques
 * Assist with prototype and pre-production build activities, including quality checks and customer shipments
 * Participating in project reviews and customer meetings, providing updates on programs progress and key milestones
 * Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and action plans
