## About the Role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field required., + * 3+ years of software engineering experience.

 + * Experience with Java, C#, Python or a similar language.
 + * Experience with SQL and relational databases.
 + * Experience with Git and Agile development practices.
 + * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 + * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
 + * Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.
Preferred Qualifications:

 + * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
 + * Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
 + * Experience supporting federal government contracts.

## Description

Overview: Kreative Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and maintain software for our clients' systems. You will turn requirements into working, tested code as part of an Agile team.
The ideal candidate is a capable problem-solver who writes clean code and enjoys learning. You should be comfortable owning features and collaborating closely with teammates., + * Designs, develops and tests software features and fixes.

 + * Builds and maintains APIs, services and database interactions.
 + * Writes unit and integration tests.
 + * Participates in code reviews and design discussions.
 + * Troubleshoots defects and supports production issues.
 + * Participates in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
 + * Documents code and technical changes.
 + * Performs other duties as assigned.
