## Description

The Business Analyst (BA) ensures we are solving the right business problem. They provide deep understanding of stakeholder needs, business processes, and desired outcomes. They work closely with business users, SMEs, product owners, developers, data engineers, and QA teams.

 * Understand business needs and objectives
 * Ensure data initiatives align to business objectives
 * Elicit and analyze business requirements and use cases
 * Create user stories and process flows
 * Create shared understanding across stakeholders
 * Identify process improvement opportunities
 * Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
 * Act as the "voice of the business" throughout the delivery lifecycle ., * Lead requirements elicitation with stakeholders
 * Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
 * Create and maintain:
 * Business rules and requirements documentation
 * Business use cases
 * Process models
 * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible
 * Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
