Significant experience in enterprise messaging systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365. Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online or
Microsoft 365 Expert certifications with significant experience in managing a Microsoft Exchange environment (On-Premises, Online and Hybrid configurations). Proven ability to manage mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and security configurations as well as PowerShell scripting and automation. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and API integrations (Microsoft Graph, EWS, REST). Demonstrated ability to lead in complex technical initiatives and cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes with excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
