The software development team develop bespoke applications to support EEC where no 'off the shelf' solutions exist. The post holder will ensure that projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and facilitate full realisation of benefits defined in the associated business cases which they may help develop. This will be achieved by adherence to relevant software development methodology and best practice within the profession. The post holder will establish productive working relationships with colleagues within the organisation at all levels to facilitate the successful delivery of software solutions. The Senior Software Developer (Frontend) will be proficient with modern software development methodologies. They will also be proficient with version control.
