## About the Role

 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior management
 * Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads and drive positive change within a fast-paced environment
 * Strong problem-solving, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform applications, with a continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and customers

## Description

* Ensure accurate, timely and reliable reporting for customers, site management and the wider business
 * Lead the development and implementation of new reporting methods, dashboards and custom applications
 * Support business projects and collaborate with network and technical teams to drive adoption of new tools and technologies
 * Provide data-driven support to stakeholders, improving reporting processes and maintaining high service standards
 * Champion continuous improvement and contribute to the design and implementation of data infrastructure solutions
