## Description

Description: Purpose: Provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery Program through recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow BCM administration.
Callouts:

 - Firm understanding of DR Principles required
 - This role is fully remote but candidates must be near one of the offices - Providence RI, Allentown PA, or BOC in KY, * Develop and maintain DR Plans, Runbooks, and Test Plans.
 * Update and maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories.
 * Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection activities.
 * Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics.
 * Assist with audit evidence preparation and reporting.
