## About the Role

* Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO and Data Distiller.
 * Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications.
 * Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization.
 * Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
 * Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace.
 * Experience working with customers and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.
 * Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics.
 * In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe.
 * Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence.
 * Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario.
 * Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior.

## Description

We are seeking a Adobe Multi-solution Architect to support platform stability, reliability, automation, and production operations. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilient systems, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply site reliability engineering best practices.

In This Role, You Will

 * Own AEP architecture end-to-end - XDM schema governance, identity resolution strategy, merge policies, and RTCDP audience design at enterprise scale.
 * Design cross-product integration patterns across AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Adobe Target; hands-on depth required in 3+ products.
 * Architect edge infrastructure - Web SDK/Mobile SDK, Edge Network, Datastreams, and event forwarding.
 * Understand integration patterns across Adobe Experience Cloud tools and provide solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
 * Define data ingestion strategy across batch (S3, SFTP, DLZ), streaming (HTTP API, Kafka), and Adobe source connectors; establish data quality and hygiene standards.
 * Drive sandbox promotion governance. Own release readiness standards.
 * Serve as primary technical point of contact for client enterprise architects - present architecture trade-offs and roadmap recommendations to senior stakeholders.
