Collaborates with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support safe, efficient medication management processes. Evaluates software releases, upgrades, and new functionality to optimize clinical and business outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. Performs workflow assessments, gathers functional requirements, develops testing plans, and supports implementation of system enhancements. Provides application support, incident resolution, change management, and project coordination while serving as a subject matter expert for Epic Willow applications.
