## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
 * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time
 * SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification
 * SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
 * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience), * You know how SAP's business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
 * Master Stakeholder Communications
 * You demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.

 * Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
