Essential Experience & Skills * Experience in an administration, coordination, mobilisation, workforce management or project support role. * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams. * Experience working with digital systems, databases and reporting tools. * Ability to produce management information and performance reports. * Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. * Ability to work within service level agreements and performance targets. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels. Desirable Experience * Experience working with site access control or workforce management systems. * Experience within construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors. * Knowledge of workforce competency management systems. * Experience using Power BI or other data analytics platforms. * Understanding of project mobilisation and demobilisation processes. * Knowledge of GDPR and data governance requirements. ## Description At Balfour Beatty, we don't just deliver innovative infrastructure solutions, we create opportunities for people to build rewarding and meaningful careers. As a Site Access Control Administrator within our Asset & Technology Solutions business, you'll play a key role in supporting projects across the UK by coordinating site access control systems and services from mobilisation through to demobilisation. Acting as the central point of contact for project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure that access control hardware, software and associated services are delivered, installed and operational in line with project requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing function that supports projects across the wider Balfour Beatty Group, helping to improve operational efficiency, compliance and workforce management.
