## About the Role

Description We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with strong WordPress experience to design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. This individual will collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing, high-performing websites that align with business goals and provide an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and front-end functionality. Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, mobile-friendly web pages. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and user experience concerns. Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and content creators to implement website updates
and enhancements. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, and marketing technologies within WordPress environments. Ensure website security, functionality, and ongoing maintenance, including updates and backups. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent detail oriented experience. 2+ years of front-end web development experience. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins. Familiarity with PHP and WordPress CMS architecture. Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Knowledge of React, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript
frameworks. Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and ADA compliance. Experience working in Agile development environments.
