## About the Role

+ One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
 + An equivalent combination of experience and training.

 + This position requires possession of a valid PA non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent.

## Description

This position supports the overall operation of park facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across grounds, buildings, trails, and equipment. As a Park Maintenance Worker, you will perform the following duties:

 + Facility Cleaning: Maintain restrooms, empty trash, remove litter, and clear drains and culverts
 + Grounds Care: Mow and trim grass and weeds, remove invasive plants, and maintain trails
 + Basic Repairs: Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and other park systems
 + Equipment Operation: Operate mowers, trucks, and other vehicles while recording fuel use and equipment hours
 + Tool Maintenance: Use and maintain hand and power tools such as chainsaws, generators, and saws
 + Support Tasks: Assist with hazardous tree removal, storm cleanup, painting, staining, and general repairs
