About the Role As a Senior Technical Consultant in Workday Professional Services, you will lead integration workstreams for complex Workday deployments. You will partner with customers, functional consultants, and third-party vendors to discover requirements; design scalable solutions; build, test, and deploy integrations; manage delivery risks; and help customers achieve successful business outcomes. This role combines hands-on solution delivery with technical leadership. You will translate HCM business requirements into scalable solutions, guide customers on integration strategy, and take ownership of technical deliverables from discovery through go-live. With AI at the center of how we work, you will also apply approved AI capabilities where they can improve delivery efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Lead integration discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support activities. * Own integration scope, plans, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and quality. * Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions. * Apply approved AI and automation capabilities where they provide a clear, secure, and supportable improvement over traditional approaches. * Guide customers through technical decisions and integration strategy. * Mentor consultants and promote technical standards, reusability, and leading practices. * Maintain relevant product expertise and Workday certifications., With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
