## Description

The nCino Developer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing nCino capabilities supporting commercial lending workflows. This role requires strong hands-on development experience combined with solid Salesforce administrative skills, including configuration and data management. The position demands a deep understanding of commercial lending processes and how they are implemented within nCino, * Maintain and enhance nCino functionality supporting commercial lending implementations

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
 * Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across nCino and the Salesforce platform
 * Configure and customize nCino features to align with business needs and processes
 * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for nCino-related functionality
 * Stay current with nCino and Salesforce releases, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
 * Create and maintain documentation for nCino processes, configurations, and best practices
 * Build and manage declarative automation (Flows, approval processes, assignment rules)
