 * Update and manage case statuses while meeting assigned deadlines
 * Organize, maintain, and file legal documents and supporting documentation
 * Prepare, collect, and organize immigration case materials for shipping
 * Respond to internal and external communications within the team
 * Ensure high levels of accuracy and proactively escalate issues when needed
 * Utilize case management and data tracking systems effectively
 * Implement new processes and best practices as directed
 * Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
