engaging manufacturing operators, engineers, supply chain, service teams, and program stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into clear, prioritized product requirements. * Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate implementation. * Elicit, document, and manage requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that convert complex business processes into system logic and data structures. * Recruit, grow, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and analysts; establish team culture, processes, and delivery cadence. * Drive architectural and technical trade-off decisions across MRP, scheduling, engineering (PLM/BOM/routings), repair/service, and customer-data domains. * Define and manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and partner with software engineering to deliver iterative, high-value releases. * Establish success metrics and KPIs (e.g., schedule adherence, material availability, cycle time, data accuracy) and drive continuous improvement based on performance and user feedback. * Lead change management and adoption strategies to ensure the platform becomes the trusted single source of truth across the enterprise. * Ensure seamless integration and data traceability across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and customer systems., Applicants for employment at Blue Origin must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
