## About the Role

* Extensive experience leading large-scale engineering or platform organizations.
 * Experience operating with a platform mindset, treating internal developers and product teams as customers.
 * Proven experience with experience platforms, commerce platforms, design systems, CMS technologies, configurable platforms, or developer platforms.
 * Strong technical credibility, including the ability to engage deeply in platform architecture and enterprise technology decisions.
 * A record of scaling engineering organizations while combining strategic vision with strong execution.
 * Proficient communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influence skills.

Preferred

 * Experience modernizing platforms within a large-scale technology, commerce, marketplace, media, or travel organization.
