We are seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure automation. This role focuses on building resilient, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.

Here's What You'll Do

Compute & Virtualization Infrastructure

 * Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix).
 * Manage Cisco UCS and Dell server platforms.
 * Manage and enhance enterprise container platforms, such as Red Hat OpenShift, enabling containerized workloads, platform automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
 * Provision, monitor, and maintain virtual machines across on-prem and cloud environments.
 * Apply patches and security updates; ensure platform reliability and performance.
 * Automate patching and system updates using configuration management tools such as Anisible.
 * Collaborate with senior engineers and application teams.

Monitoring & Configuration Management

 * Operate monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Aria Operations, SaltStack, Ansible).
 * Implement automated configuration and deployment using agent-based or agentless tools.

Storage & Backup Administration

 * Administer enterprise storage platforms (Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell EMC, or similar).
 * Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and routine storage management.
 * Support hybrid backup strategies using tools like Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik or similar.
 * Maintain SAN technologies including zoning and connectivity (e.g., Brocade, Cisco MDS, or similar).

Linux & Automation

 * Perform patching and configuration on Linux-based systems.
 * Automate updates and compliance tasks using Ansible, SaltStack, or equivalent.
 * Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, YAML, or JSON.

Hybrid Cloud Integration

 * Support integration with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
 * Manage cloud resources via portals and CLI tools.

Incident Response & Operational Support

 * Serve as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
 * Document SOPs, operational runbooks, and recovery procedures.
 * Participate in a global 24/7 on-call rotation.
