Responsibilities: * Design and build scalable iOS platform solutions, including architecture, UI state management, data access, build tooling, CI/CD, and performance optimization * Partner with engineering teams across CVS and Aetna to identify common challenges and deliver reusable solutions that accelerate development * Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, clean code practices, accessibility, security, and performance standards * Develop tools and automation such as CLIs, GitHub workflows, bots, linting rules, and other solutions that improve developer productivity * Maintain and evolve the iOS platform by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and continuously improving reliability and usability * Provide technical guidance to product and engineering teams, promoting best practices and identifying risks early in the development lifecycle
