## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution back-office environments or FinTech.
 * Must also be available to work one on-call shift per calendar year

 * Advanced knowledge of the Symitar Core.
 * Advanced knowledge of SMA OpCon Solution Manager automation and SFTP.
 * Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to define requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.

This remote position requires candidates to live within approximately 70 miles of an office in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

All positions may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding to verify identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

 * Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients' processing, data center, and complex technical needs.

 * Coordinate client and vendor integrations with the EASE Data Center.
 * Lead regular client calls, review strategic plans, and align Jack Henry resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment.
 * Provide status updates, monitor cases, and partner with the Customer Relationship Manager to support escalations.
 * Identify process improvements and future client needs, document solution approaches, use data insights to improve performance, and communicate opportunities to the appropriate sales team.
