## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution back-office environments or FinTech.
 * Must also be available to work one on-call shift per calendar year

 * Advanced knowledge of SMA OpCon Solution Manager automation and SFTP.
 * Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

This remote position requires candidates to live within approximately 70 miles of an office in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

All positions may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding to verify identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

 * Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients' processing, data center, and complex technical needs.

 * Coordinate client and vendor integrations with the EASE Data Center.
 * Lead regular client calls, review strategic plans, and align Jack Henry resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment.
 * Provide status updates, monitor cases, and partner with the Customer Relationship Manager to support escalations.
 * Identify process improvements and future client needs, document solution approaches, use data insights to improve performance, and communicate opportunities to the appropriate sales team., No one will be subject to, and Jack Henry prohibits, any form of discipline, reprisal, intimidation, or retaliation for good faith reports or complaints of discrimination of any kind, pursuing any discrimination claim, or cooperating in related investigations.
