The platform handles approximately 44 million API hits annually and operates under FedRAMP Moderate controls., * Provide technical authority for MuleSoft/ESB/SOA architecture and API-led connectivity design * Lead security/ATO alignment, FedRAMP Moderate compliance, and root-cause resolution * Design and govern reusable System, Process, and Experience API layers * Oversee API security, TLS, high-volume reliability, observability, and performance architecture * Produce ARB artifacts and technical standards; mentor the engineering team * Lead modernization of integration services and assess new system architecture needs rapidly
