## Description

Ingram Micro is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Platform Specialist - Cisco to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key operational and sales support partner, helping drive the success of our Cisco business through quote management, order processing, partner support, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced technology distribution environment and enjoys working with sales teams, vendors, and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting Cisco products, licensing, renewals, or channel operations who wants to grow within a global technology leader.

What You'll Do

 * Support Ingram Micro's Cisco business by managing quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries.
 * Review and process sales orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
 * Partner closely with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco representatives to meet customer needs.
 * Prepare product, software, subscription, and licensing quotes for customers and channel partners.
 * Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues impacting fulfillment or delivery timelines.
 * Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
 * Analyze account activity, sales data, and market trends to provide meaningful business insights.
 * Manage lead and order activities within assigned territories or account segments.
 * Identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 * Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less experienced team members.
 * Participate in vendor promotions, programs, and initiatives that drive Cisco business growth.
