## About the Role

Specialization in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion Order Management

 - Strong understanding of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML)
 - Experience with Oracle WMS, ERP, and SCM system integrations
 - Hands-on with EDI/B2B concepts and transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 860, 940, 945, 856, 861)
 - Skilled in payload field mapping for integrations
 - Capable of integration error handling, troubleshooting, exception, and retry management
 - Collaborates with technical teams to gather and execute integration requirements
 - Experience with Sales Order, Shipment Request, Pick/Pack/Ship Confirmation, Inventory Sync, and Transfer Order integrations
 - Proficient in Oracle Fusion Order Management: order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping, invoicing
 - Knowledgeable in Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes (return types, receiving, inspection, disposition, credit/refund)
 - Familiar with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Sales, Transfer, Back-to-Back, and Drop Ship Orders
 - Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional technical teams
 - Mandatory Skill: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
