Exposure to Credit Card domain a plus. ## Description The Enterprise Modernization Architect is responsible for leading the transformation of Quality Assurance into modern, scalable Quality Engineering architectures. This role involves assessing current eco system, overseeing Spec-Driven Design (SDD) and AI-assisted engineering, redefine traditional testing, design deterministic testing validation gates for both human-written code and AI coding agents and testing operations., * Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements * Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, to understand business requirements for modernization. * Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing the long-term and immediate needs * * Provide architectural governance, conduct design reviews, and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. * Monitor project progress, apply corrective measures as needed, and synchronize IT systems with evolving business needs.
