This position translates operational requirements into maintainable software and workflow capabilities., * Develop and sustain software supporting DoD waiver submission, review, routing, and disposition. * Translate user and mission requirements into software designs and implementation tasks. * Implement workflow logic, validation rules, interfaces, and data handling. * Conduct code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and release documentation. * Coordinate with engineers, database personnel, administrators, and Government stakeholders on integration and deployment. * Experience developing systems that manage DoD waiver workflows. * Ability to translate business rules and approval processes into reliable software behavior. * Proven experience managing personnel deployments, navigating the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility.
