## About the Role

The ideal candidate has a finished Post-Master degree in IT/EDP Audit, at least 7 years of working experience either within the Big 4 or in internal audit, and above all the right motivation to join ERIKS., * Finished Post-Master degree in IT Audit (like CISA or RE);

 * At least 7 years of IT audit experience, in Big 4 and preferably also in internal audit;
 * Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies;
 * Proven interpersonal and communication skills in English and (preferably) Dutch;
 * Resilient and solution oriented;
 * Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
 * Affinity with an international environment and willingness to travel;
 * Strong analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mind-set ('self-starter').

## Description

As IT Audit Manager at ERIKS (part of SHV Holdings) you will work in an international, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment. The IT Audit Manager will report directly to the Director Internal Audit and brings specialist IT (including information security) audit knowledge to the team. You will act as the primary point of contact for IT audit. Engagements are in both the specific IT and information security domains and integrated together with operational audit colleagues.

Being an important sparring partner to group and regional management will provide you with a variety of responsibilities, opportunities, exposure, and challenges. Your main focus will be on thorough execution of meaningful IT audits and strict monitoring for adequate follow-up by management. Also, you are able to act as a business partner and drive improvement across ERIKS through pervasive interaction with management and support functions. Overall, you are perceived as a highly analytical yet pragmatic IT audit expert, which includes the ability to inspire people and lead change., * Contribute to the Internal Audit function and activities for your specific expertise, in preparation, execution, and reporting of audits;

 * Acting as an independent and professional sparring partner to group and regional management, support functions, and business functions;
 * As needed, actively participate in projects for your specific area of expertise;
 * Via active stakeholder management contribute in preparation of the annual audit plan and planning of engagements;
 * Provide relevant audit recommendations and obtain management's buy-in through appropriate action plans, and perform monitoring on follow up;
 * Contribute to quarterly management reporting;
 * Provide insights on evolving risks and opportunities to ERIKS management and key developments in your area of expertise.
