## About the Role

* Successfully completed Master's or Diploma degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
 * Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in administering Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops)
 * Extensive expertise in the areas of network, server, and client environments as well as virtualization environments (e.g., VMWare)
 * Proficient handling of Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server, and Microsoft patch management
 * Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
 * Knowledge of ITIL and product certifications is advantageous
 * Independent and structured way of working as well as good communication skills
 * A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
