Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Embedded C/C++, idealerweise ergänzt durch Python, Go oder VHDL

Erfahrung mit Mikrocontrollern (z. B. ARM Cortex, STM32), Embedded Linux und modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen wie GitHub und Visual Studio Code

Erfahrung mit Softwarequalität, Cybersecurity sowie sicherheits- und wartungsorientierter Softwareentwicklung

Kenntnisse industrieller Kommunikationsprotokolle wie CAN, CANopen oder Ethernet von Vorteil

Erfahrung in der hardwarenahen Softwareentwicklung sowie ein gutes Verständnis elektronischer Schaltungen und der sichere Umgang mit elektrischer Messtechnik sind wünschenswert

Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Embedded-Linux-Frameworks (z. B. Yocto) sowie in MQTT-, Cloud- und Datenbanktechnologien

Erfahrung im gezielten Einsatz von KI-gestützten Werkzeugen zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit stellt einen weiteren Pluspunkt dar

Die Fähigkeit, Kolleginnen und Kollegen fachlich anzuleiten sowie technische Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar zu vertreten

Definition und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Architekturprinzipien und technischen Standards für wartbare, testbare und zukunftssichere Embedded-Softwarelösungen
Sicherstellung hoher Qualitäts-, Cybersecurity- und Produktsicherheitsstandards im Softwareentwicklungsprozess

Umsetzung und Optimierung von Steuerungs- und Regelungsfunktionen für stabile und reproduzierbare Schweißprozesse
Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen Geräteelektronik, HMI, Sensorik, Aktorik und industriellen Kommunikationssystemen

Analyse, Test und Fehlerbehebung direkt am Produkt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Hardwareentwicklung und der Anwendungstechnik
