## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline

 - 15+ years of experience as a SAP functional analyst or IT business analyst, focused on Transportation Management (TM) or Logistics Execution (LE) in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing
 - Deep understanding of the logistics lifecycle, including freight order management, shipment planning, delivery processing, and goods movement integration
 - Proven ability to integrate TM/LE with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Production Operations
 - Strong experience leading cross-functional teams through design, configuration, and integration projects
 - Proficiency in utilizing Jira and SAP Focused Build for requirements and sprint management

## Description

Join our dynamic team as an ERP Business Analyst specializing in SAP S/4HANA within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment. You will leverage deep functional expertise to design, configure, and optimize SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions. This is an influential position where you will work cross-functionally to drive sophisticated logistics flows and champion process improvements, ensuring robust integration across critical business systems.

[Responsibilities]

 - Serve as the functional lead for SAP TM and LE modules in Production Operations
 - Design, configure, and optimize logistics solutions for domestic, export, and defense flows (including DD250 and government sell-off)
 - Collaborate closely with Customer Sell-Off, Warehouse Management (EWM), and Integrated Manufacturing Master Data teams to streamline process handoffs
 - Configure and enhance freight planning, shipment execution, route determination, and goods issue posting
 - Coordinate seamless integration between TM, LE, and external carriers or freight forwarders, ensuring compliant documentation and real-time tracking
 - Manage requirements lifecycle using Jira and SAP Focused Build, maintaining crystal-clear traceability from business needs to technical solutions
 - Lead and participate in functional design reviews, rigorous testing, and release readiness activities
 - Partner with Export Compliance, Government Property, and Quality Assurance teams to guarantee regulatory and contract compliance
 - Mentor and support colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices within the logistics systems domain
