 * 2+ years of related experience.
 * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
 * Proficiency in Power BI, and Power Automate.
 * Proficiency in SQL required, experience working within SQL servers and Avante.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

## Description

Extron is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background in statistics, mathematics, data science, or economics and be capable of transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and technical decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work with engineering, operations, and management teams to develop data models, automate reporting processes, and improve organizational performance through data analysis., * Collect, organize, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

 * Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and operational objectives.
 * Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
 * Design and maintain databases, data models, and reporting tools.
 * Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel and Access-based applications, including VBA macros and automation solutions.
 * Prepare technical reports and presentations.
 * Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
