## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

 - 1-3 years' hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
 - Familiarity with Windows desktop and laptop environments.
 - Experienced with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, or Workspace ONE.
 - Solid understanding of Windows OS, endpoint support, and application troubleshooting.
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

 - Practical experience with Nexthink, especially Investigations, Remote Actions, Campaigns, Engage, Dashboards, or Digital Employee Experience analytics.
 - Knowledge of additional scripting languages.
 - Exposure to endpoint telemetry, monitoring, or observability platforms.
 - Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, or enterprise IT operations.
 - Experience in large enterprise environments.

## Description

Join our dynamic IT team as a Nexthink Developer and play a pivotal role in driving endpoint management and enhancing digital employee experience. You'll contribute to impactful technology projects and have the flexibility of hybrid or fully remote work options., Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform to ensure optimal performance.

 - Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint monitoring, automation, and remediation.
 - Create and manage Nexthink investigations, dashboards, campaigns, alerts, and remote actions.
 - Analyze endpoint performance and user experience data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
 - Collaborate closely with engineering, support, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
 - Design and implement proactive monitoring and automated remediation solutions.
 - Prepare and update operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
 - Support software deployment and technology experience initiatives across the organization.
 - Assist with platform upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
