## About the Role

Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and pipeline development.

 - Strong analytical and statistical expertise, comfortable working with predictive models and large datasets.
 - Experience communicating technical findings to business partners and non-technical audiences.
 - Master's degree (or completed by Spring 2025) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM field; OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in analytics or data science.
 - Hands-on experience with R, RStudio, SAS, and advanced statistical software.

Preferred Skills

 - Knowledge of machine learning methodologies, predictive modeling, and Bayesian inference.
 - Experience with big data tools, both structured and unstructured data sources, and scalable data pipelines.
 - Familiarity with cloud ML technologies (e.g., AWS SageMaker), machine learning environments (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, caret), and web scraping.
 - Background in financial services or consumer-centric organizations.
