## About the Role

* Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to eight (8) years of related experience or an equivalent combination. \n, * Experienced in technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, VMWare Cloud Administration, and Azure. \n
 * Experienced in independently coding and performing technical tasks with no supervision. \n
 * Strong foundation in problem solving skills and resolving more complex issues. \n
 * Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, business analysts and testers. \n
 * Comprehensive experience with cloud architecture methodologies including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. \n
 * Hands on experience with GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and other similar toolsets within GCP. \n
 * Comprehensive experience with Kubernetes. \n
 * Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems. \n
 * Experience with VMware virtualization technology. \n
 * Scripting (Linux shell, PowerShell). \n

## Description

* Provides support in the management and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure services for clients. \n
 * Serves as the interface between the client and the system and offers support to clients. \n
 * Develops technologies to accelerate the cloud journey from legacy monolithic applications. \n
 * Assists application and product teams to implement recommended or requested cloud services and resources. \n
 * Provides technical leadership and design for cloud related projects. \n
 * Manages individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. \n
 * Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis, and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance. \n
 * Acts as a mentor to lower level Cloud Engineers. \n
 * Performs other duties as assigned. \n
