## About the Role

Expertise in PLM (minimum 8 years) and MES (minimum 8 years) implementation and integration

 - 15+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing systems and business processes
 - 10+ years of experience in production scheduling, complex assembly BOMs, process planning, tooling, configuration management, and workflow processes
 - Proven track record in systems architecture and manufacturing applications design
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

 - Proficiency with PLM tools such as Teamcenter or 3DX and ERP platforms like OneAero, ERP4C, or S4/HANA

As the subject matter expert, you will define, develop, and integrate next-generation Product Lifecycle Manufacturing (PLM) systems to drive innovation across our aerospace operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and become a pivotal force in shaping our digital manufacturing future., Drive the planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to resolve complex manufacturing challenges

 - Act as the technical authority bridging business processes across the value stream and digital thread
 - Translate strategic objectives into actionable business requirements for digital manufacturing systems
 - Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Engineering & Technology, Sustainment, and Digital Transformation teams to ensure seamless coordination
 - Guide the evolution and integration of PLM, ERP, and MES systems to optimize manufacturing operations
