10-15+ years of hands-on SAP architecture and implementation experience

 - Expertise in SAP Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Systems
 - Proven experience with both S4/HANA and ECC environments
 - History of successful SAP deployments within large-scale organizations
 - Demonstrated ability to interact with business users and translate needs into technical solutions
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Experience with R&D for SAP solutions, including writing specifications and guiding technical teams
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

 - Experience in retail sector SAP implementations

 - Analyze current solutions, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements for optimal business alignment
 - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
 - Guide and mentor SAP teams through project lifecycle, from R&D to delivery and post-implementation support
