In this hybrid role based in New Albany, Ohio, you will be pivotal in designing, deploying, and administering innovative store technology solutions. Leverage your technical expertise to drive operational efficiency and support retail operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., Implement and administer store hardware and software, including POS systems, peripherals, and Android mobile devices.

 - Provide expert support for store technology issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.
 - Streamline workflows and improve system performance using reporting tools, scripting languages, and automation techniques.
 - Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve MDM migration and Android device configuration challenges.
